Allison and Mike live in Brighton but this summer they took their friends and family on a wild adventure to celebrate their love in a beautiful outdoor ceremony on the west coast of Scotland, right on the edge of the stormy autumn sea. The wind was blowing and the clouds were threatening on the morning of Allison and Mike's wedding but much to our delight, they weren't to be deterred from getting married outside. The clouds gathered closer as we all made our way over fields and rocks to the site of the ceremony but Allison and Mike couldn't have cared less, they were so genuinely excited. After the ceremony we stayed on the beach to take some photos and just as we were heading back to the bus, the clouds broke and rain started bouncing off the ground, it felt like perfect timing, we had been allowed all the time we needed outside and and now it was time to head back to the venue to eat, drink and stay warm and cosy while the rain dashed the windows and the view of the distant islands disappeared into the clouds. Allison and Mike didn't stop smiling all day, I don't know that I've ever seen two people look so happy to be getting married and we couldn't have been happier to be a part of their beautiful wedding.
